This outlet is very small and doesn’t have many options. The staff was not polite and seemed very busy and not helping in buying any item. The staff dint know much about the products they sell there. It’s a big disappointment. The staff did not allow to use the trial room for the second time and asked to leave as they were closing the store strictly at 10. This leaves us not knowing in what to buy exactly and the staff did not co-operate. They did not allow to try and extra size swimming wear even thought it would just take 2 minutes. They rushed us in buying and vacating.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Decathlon, but my recent visit to the Forum Mall store was very disappointing. We encountered technical difficulties with the app during checkout, which we understood. However, the security guard’s behavior was unacceptable. He repeatedly stared at me while I was trying on different sizes, making me feel incredibly uncomfortable. It seemed he was overstepping his role. His job is to check bills at the exit, not to scrutinize customers while they’re shopping, especially before checkout is even complete. The store’s small size doesn’t excuse this kind of invasive behavior. I hope Decathlon addresses this issue to ensure other customers don’t have the same negative experience.

Busy place and have minimal help from the staff. You need to call someone , no body be there to help. Though it is big but still have to order online. No point of going to there in traffic and buying. The products you see there are used and cant but them. Staff ask us to but online and pick up which is most disappointment. Lot more to improve for purchases.

Though you will get some of the items, you won’t get many choice. For some regular items or quick shopping, it’s good. Store is good , rate is considering the availability of all of the products and the space.
